Billing questions
- How is it billed?
- Weekly or monthly, by Apple, through your App Store account. Pro is $25 a week or $69 a month; Max is $49 a week or $129 a month. Monthly works out up to 39% less per week. There is no yearly plan yet.
- How do I cancel?
- From your App Store subscriptions, any time. It runs to the end of the week or month you have paid for and then stops. Nothing on our side to contact.
- What does unlimited mean on Max?
- No weekly cap on conversations. Free is three a week and Pro is thirty; Max has no counter.
- What is in Practice?
- Ninety-four approach scenes across fourteen venues — bar, beach, café, coffee shop, gym, park, festival, campus, office, street and more — five Situational Pressure scenes (a jealous boyfriend, an angry relative, a drunk person, a police stop, a street hustler) on Pro, and on Max the six Date scenes and the five Reverse Role scenes, where he approaches and you practise the other side. Plus sixteen improv and drill scenarios. Every count is from the app’s own files.
- Does Free run out?
- No. Three conversations a week, Learn, Stats and History, for as long as you like. It is the free tier, not a trial.
